UB: The Willis Tower (replaces the National Visitors Center, adds +12 Tourism with no maintenance cost)
UU: The Union Worker (ignores terrain cost, +20% build rate)

I think Civ 5 does not support modded unit models anymore and any mod that has them will crash and the mods folder and never install.
