Trait: +20% Great People (reflecting the numbers of impactful people born or shaped in Illinois), and +10% unit maintenance (reflecting the problems with corruption in public office that have plagued this wonderful state)

UB: The Stockyard, +2 Food, +1 Gold, +10% growth
UB: The Willis Tower (replaces the National Visitors Center, adds +12 Tourism with no maintenance cost)
UU: The Union Worker (ignores terrain cost, +20% build rate)

I think Civ 5 does not support modded unit models anymore and any mod that has them will crash and the mods folder and never install.

What are the city names? I see Springfield is the capital, but I'm curious if my town (Mattoon) is in there.
