I've been modeling my own so it doesn't have pre-made weights or bones, so I've been trying to use the TU skeleton and weight paint to that.

Do you imported a model with bones and renamed them?

@Crowman I imported the base onto the skeleton, (So it was the size of the skeleton) renamed the vertex groups, and only used the head/foot/ballfoot titles.
Its funny since I have the hardest time getting a humanoid character to work right!
