Replaces Hunter L4D1 version,L4D2 version with Gustave from 3D Movie Maker(1995)
Includes v_arms (viewmodel arms)

Credits:
Gustave(3DMM) original addon, credits to that person for porting the model into gmod
Yakuza Merkitzi for the idea and also creating the sound replacement
originally made by Gavin Owers
