Mod Description
Welcome back to Tatooine, the most visited place in star wars. great for PVE and PVP. a imperial FOB in one corner and a rebel base in the other. the large open middle areas will get you around quickly but offer little cover and combat tend to be at long range while the outer areas are more tightly packed, takes longer to move around and combat tends to be CQB. some of the classic areas have been lightly recreated, however most of the city is " barren " to keep part count down to allow for more AI / players, and you may want to add more detail if your doing more then a quick DTM

Questions & Answers
Q: Why is it spawning all broken up / hovering off the ground
A: You need to click off Vertical Mode & Surface Snapping before spawning any comp, click the first link in the description, theres a section in the first part in the yellow box that'll show you what the button looks like. when you spawn this in properly it will be hovering a bit off the ground, that's because some parts are meant to clip under the ground, just select everything and bring it down to ground level.

Q: Why is it so small?
A: Its was originally going to be just along the lines of the original battlefront 2 Mos Eisley map, but i scaled it up to the size it is now so it would still look believable when viewing the city from the outside at a distace. if lore really bugs you that much you can always copy and paste this 181 times, or you can call it a different city ; )

Q: How do i find it in game?
A: It's not a mod so it wont show in your launcher. in the editor you need to press the groups key or F2 then click on the composition icon. click the second link in the description and watch the first video to see what those icons look like. ( the video is of him saving the comp but the location is the same )

Q: Why do i need ___ mod?
A: Technically, you only need swop maps because it has the houses and the transport ships. you don't need to have any other mod that you dont want loaded, the their assets will just not appear when the city is loaded.

Q: Do i need ace and task force radio radio
A: No, though you will get error messages and some clone assets wont work without them like the pov visor, they are not needed for this map

Q: Why don't you turn this into a actual map / terrain
A: I see my compositions just as tools to help bring more life to sci-fi scenarios and maps, but can be used however you wish. therefor making it a composition makes it easier for scenario/ map makers to use/ modify these as desired. that all said, i have no issues with anyone adding any of my compositions to any maps in any way, do with them as you please.

Q: Can we expect more star wars compositions in the future?
A: This is the way

just tested and its still workin fine, prob a mod conflict try loading it with just the required mods and see if it still happens. also this comp is kinda obsolete as teh 3as terrains mod added a tatooine map with a not so mini mos eisley & much much more

thx vandevoordepa, im glad you like it. and valken , i looked it up and the ship is actually MUCH smaller then i thought. for some reason i had it in my head that it must be huge because its all massive and imposing and can rip entire country off of a planet no problem, but its only 1.6 km long. its thick and tall AF but a klick and a half ain't bad, thats about the size of my halo cruiser. 100% doable. got a couple of small things i wanna finish first but definitely goona give it a shot

I will look into Max' mod and check it out! Thanks! Keep up the great work! For the Ishimura, maybe segment the parts and "teleport" the players to sections in VR to keep FPS high?

For LV-426 I meant the Engineers' SHIP on the dead planet. Same as is Prometheus so we can have a walk around would be a cool campaign between all these sights!

as for the space hulk, i've actually already made one a while back, heres teh link https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2256437300 . lastly, not to get any hope up, ive been thinking about building a Ishimura, problem is its size. ide have to use way to many parts that it would just tank fps. atm i cant find any large assets that would do the job, maybe when optre rereleases their frigate and its parts

by Aliens LV-426 do you mean the dead planet itself because there is already a hadley's hope colony on the pandora map. as for the aliens uss sulaco 2 already exist in game. a prop on/ pandora and can be found in the sw opposition maps pack as a placeable prop, also the USCM mod has a fully working version that can be piloted.

Amazing... Can you make a Deadspace USG Ishimura or Aliens LV-426 or generic Aliens type ship / space hulk map? It can be done in VR to increase FPS or float in space.
