Prefab apartments skins

Description
This item brings to game the skin for vanilla game prefab apartments.

The skin is not a big change.. just instead red color, it give you green or blue. Purpose of this item is for modders - as sample file for building skins.

can we make skins to change automatically, depending on the season?
that would help a lot to make seasons materials
