Description
The year is 2050 and the USSR has survived some tough times. Now it looks like the socialist dream is coming true with new massive structures able to support many people in high-tech luxury.

This is the first in a set of futuristic assets with high construction costs and high capacities to add more to the late-game and keep it interesting.

@Wolfram Müller It uses a one-way road system. Have you connected both roads? I might change that aspect at some point.

I have a hospital set up but for whatever reason ambulances won't go to it, and it doesn't show up on the hospital map as green despite being built right next to one

This takes so much power, I need 3 substations at least to power it. Is that intentional? I feel like it needs a high power connection at that much.
