This is an improved version of the Storage District with Cargo Train Terminal. I have added an additional cargo train terminal and a traffic sponge. The entrance to the district has been completely changed, with fewer 90-degree angle turns and the service building area moved to the left.

The vanilla version of the asset is available at: Storage District with Cargo Train Terminal - Vanilla.

You didn't. I added a collection with the required assets in the description. It has a "Subscribe to all" button to speed up the process. Your comment made me think about this so thanks, nothing to be upset about :)

The assets i use have 3 times more subscribers than Feare's Interstate pack. You can use replace mod to change NExt2 Based highways to your preference. If i have time i will make a separate one with the pack you suggested.

Can you please just use Feare's Imterstate pack? It looks way more realistic AND you don't have to individually subscribe to every freeway.

Update: The Network Extension 2 dependency has been removed.

NEXT2 has been updated as of 2022-02-24.

Additionally, Replace Our Networks will substitute the missing nets with Cylis's NEXT2-inspired roads or Delta 5-1's Vanilla+ Roads.

@KR15T14N - you could still prefer assets, or not be able to use mods, but you're otherwise correct. Personally, the asset versions will be more resilient, and the *total* optimization granted by LSM Fixed is greater than the mod at this time.

i was reading that there is no longer a reason to avoid NExt2. I see Vanilla+ roads by delta require Mass transit DLC for highways.
