[WOTC] Full Padding

Description
OVERVIEW
This mod enhances the explosion resistance effect of Blast Padding.

In base game, Blast Padding only protects against a few explosive weapons (grenades, heavy weapons, etc.).

With this mod, it will resist explosive damage from all sources, including:
  • Destructibles (cars, gas tanks, etc.)
    (copied from More Effective Blast Padding)
  • Weapons and abilities not included in the vanilla effect
    (e.g. damage from on-death explosions)

COMPATIBILITY
This mod is not compatible with More Effective Blast Padding as both mods add the same effect.

I chose to integrate that mod to fix an issue that bothered me: it duplicates the passive icon of Blast Padding.

You can safely add this mod mid campaign.

If you want to make Blast Padding stronger, I recommend one of the following mods:

Thanks for this mod. I always considered "More Effective Blast Padding" as a bugfix as the way the ability worked in unmodded WOTC didn't make any sense to me. But this mod goes a critical extra step in including on death explosions which happen frequently enough. Also cleans up the duplicate icon issue with the old mod.

Did the psi-op Fortress immunities already have cars/gas tank/etc immunity, does this mod do it, or does it still need fixed?

Wait, blast padding does not protect against all explosions!?
I wish they would still patch this game.

@Komissar Gebet I don't play with RPGO so I have no idea.. If it has unaltered Blast Padding ability, it should be compatible.

@Kiruka I am not familiar with that ability but right now the mod only adds the effect to Blast Padding. It could be possible to add a config array for other abilities..

@Black previous version of AP only had the destructibles fix. Yes I took it out and published this separate mod for people who might not want the ablative part.

Update:
- No need for config anymore, the code now automatically detects if incoming damage is from an explosion
- "Blast Padding" flyover should now work properly when new effects are activated

Out of curiosity, wasn't this already part of your "Ablative Padding"? I take it you took it out in-case people just want the extension to the pool of effects resisted?
