Description
Adds the Eastern Finns of the Volga region, representing both the Gorodetz, Dyakovo and Azelino cultures that later become the Mordvians and the Mari, and the Mordvians and Mari who became a potent force against Muscovy and Kiev for centuries..

I bought my first Tekshtai and can't buld Askotos. I tried it everywhere: Forest, Tundra, near River - everywhere. Do I understand it wrong?

@Waling Dutchman i might remove Odin and the Winilli in a future update if I find a good Mordvin/Mari myth to replace it with, but I liked the effect so I'm keeping it for now :p

@sw thanks for letting me know, it's supposed to be able to build citadels like a regular Great General so i'll try to fix that.
@Walking Dutchman there's not much of a link between the the Finns and Lombards, but there's a legendary link between Odin and the Finns (he was apparently a king/khan of a kingdom in the volga region, according to the Prose Edda, which is exactly where the Finns are). I was just looking to include some norse mythology to emphasise that the East Finns were origin of a lot of their beliefs.

In less than 40 rounds I normaly have the Great General and use him for getting more fields. And what do I now with Tekshtai? Nothing.The only effect: cost, cost, cost each round - counterproductive.

I don't know if you read steam comments, but I saw the myth of Odin and the Winnili and I was wondering if you can tell me how you found a link between that myth and the Easter Finns. I am very interested! Very cool civ btw!

The Fins are famous for there Sauna's. There should be a Cultural bonus for Sauna's.

This is a really cool idea for a civ! I've been fascinated for a long time by all the different native peoples within Russia. Thanks for putting this together.
