This is a special map I made for Halloween. I wanted to work more on this but I ran out of time.
This map is set in the forest in the southwest part of the United States (Northern Arizona, Colorado, or Northern California) during the “Portal Storms” between Half-Life 1 and 2.
Directly below spawn there is an “Admin Room” that controls the rain and NPC spawning (this room requires no-cliping to access.)
