Setup:
* start with 3 demand cards face up
* start with $60M
* start with 1 Tweel locomotive card
* take 2 turns that are build only
* You may begin your track from any major city
* Your train may begin at a city of any size
* Event cards are shuffled back into the deck during setup instead of taking effect

A game turn is divided into two phases:
1. Operations phase = move the train, load and unload goods, and collect payments
2. Build phase = spend up to 20M to build track or to upgrade train

Instead of taking a normal turn the player may discard their entire hand and draw 3 new cards

A player must always have 3 demand cards. If a player has fewer than 3 demand cards, they must draw a replacement demand card immediately, whether or not it is their turn. (For fast start discard extras before first operations phase.)

How to Win
5 of 6 major cities connected
$250M in cash at end of turn

Useful Variants:
Borrowing = A player may take a loan of up to $20M from the bank. They must repay twice the borrowed amount as soon as they have the money to do so.

Fast Trains: Change max speed
10 => 14
12 => 16
14 => 18
16 => 20

Fast Game = any or all of the following:
* Each player starts with $70M and 3 pre-movement turns
* Discard the event cards during the initial deal; do not shuffle them into the deck
* Excess Profits Tax event card has no effect
* Deal 5 cards to each player at the beginning of the game. After completing the build-only turns, each player discards 2 demand cards (down to 3)
