@miss_snow Currently there is not. I do have a different hull drive configuration, but have not released it yet.

O2/H2 Generators are accessible on Deck 4 Aft Section, on either side of the Hangar Control Room, labeled Oxygen Tank Room 1 & 2.

The Hydrogen rooms are through the hangar bay, on the opposite side of where you enter the main ship. I just put a load of ice into one of the O2/H2 Generators through one of the hydrogen tanks and was able to remove it as well....not sure if this is what you need to know. All cargos, storages(except lockers) refiners, assemblers, reactors, and everything else should be accessible throughout the entire ship.
