Timboh's turbine but with lane mathematics and sound barriers.

@Gaspurr Lane mathematics means that the combined number of in-going lanes and lanes in the interchange are the same. an example would be 2x 2lanes going into 4, instead of 2x3 lanes going into 4, which would, if all 6 lanes are full, cause a queue and halt traffic

@willitwork the bend isnt in the actual asset, i just needed to do that because of the angle of my highway

Are the highways perpendicular? In the screenshot, it looks like they don't quite stay in parallel, and that's something that I really look for.

Are there any dependencies for this? It fails to load for me, saying it needs One-lane Highway Ram w/ Snd Bars and HighwayRampElevated0
