Moduler MOD (Range-changed Vanilla Flacks)

The modified version of the vanilla flack_weapons has been registered as new player-only equipment.

AI can only use vanilla weapons, so the weapon range is the same as before.
Players can use both the vanilla weapon and the range-changed version.

The names of the weapons are the same, so you can identify them by their range.

It does not work by itself.
"Moduler MOD (Quest)" is required.

I haven't changed the conditions for getting the weapons, so they are available under the same conditions as the vanilla weapons.

As an exception, I've deleted the parts of the game that require DLC.
I've rewritten the parts that are DLC quest required to a different condition.
