Westvalley Fixed

Description
Fixed up to 85%

Its a great looking town with realistic suburbs build in a verry nice way. Although fixing it the Biffa way isnt to hard, fixing it in the towns atmoshere was more time consuming, But I had alot of fun fixing the infrastructure that way.

So here is what i did.

public transport Bus:
Busses are build in loops, but many dont have an anticlockwise line.
It is a possible way to do good public transport this way and the advancement is that you wont need transport hubs when you set it up right. However when a one of the stops is getting bussy like the stop on bus line 8 you wind up with a lot of extra vehicles that you need for that stop alone, while the rest of the stops dont need for the majority of the vehicles. sometimes a shuttle system works better, On your bus routes I added an extra bus thats painted pink, you might need to balance out how many busses you need as the town grows.

Public transport Metro:
one of your metro shutle line east of downtown was geting jammed because trains where blocking the junchtion.
I have moved that juncktion and gave the stationway a bit more lenght.
Some advice of this metro, people travel between commercial and residential, so not many people will use the metro if it goes from residential to residential.
Doing loops in metro systems are most of the time not the best choices, unless you can connect Residential, Commercial, Leisure and/or a transfer hub altogether.

Public transport train:
Im going to assume i miss a station asset, because the station over by the passenger harbour was missing.
I replaced that one with a normal one and build a line between the entral station and the harbour.

Trainlines / Cargo:
One of the worsed disasters for a towns infrastructure are railways being chocked.
trains are the only alternative you have when the roads are being overloaded with trucks
I have fixed some of the unnecessary spagetti and build a new line in the south over by the industry park for cargo to travel to the docks, I also directed the eastern cargostations over by the log industry, so that both stations are being used as you may want to expand that area. those 2 lines are directed into a different path so that thains wil no longer flux into eachothers path.
Anothr thing i had to do is buy 2 patches of land in order to fix a map glitch where trains where bing backed up on the edge of the map. Sometimes map builders don't give enough span between the entry nodes.

Highway fixes:
I have removed a parralel lane along a small piece of highway east of the industry park and south of the wood industry.
After the trains where fixed and cargo started to roll in i realized why you build it there.
The ingames traffic pathfinding sometimes forches all cars into 1 lane, I had to set some lane connectors the deal with that merging problem on that section. when I fixed the merging problem the enormous trafficwave hit the Southern industrypark. It got chocked in a mather of 2 minutes.
No mather who you time thr traffic lights, set priority, on way the around its traffic, the entry crossroads are simply not capale to deal with those numbers. So I rebuild the highway and made an Highway/Extressway intersection in order to redirected the ingames failing pathfinding.
This worked so well that the the industry was starting to produce more goods that needed to be exported as thers not enough consumers in town now. At that point en enormous jam started to form towards the docks, Thats why i build the cargostations in the lower part to give cargo an alternative (railway) route directly into the docks and towards the cargo airport.
Af few other fixes like turning of some traffic lights and set priority in stead is also included, not really necessary though as the town itself doesnt have issues
