[Scripted] Tac - 4 Players (English/German)

This mod is a scripted, 4-player version of the board game "Tac"

- Masterversion cards (Angel, Devil, Warrior, Jester)
- Cards will be dealt/shuffled/discarded automatically with the press of a button
- Detects whether a player can play (has 13 or 1) or not
- Tracks the beginning player for each round
- Devil & Jester card effects occur automatically with the press of a button
- "Smart Trickster" makes swapping marbles a lot easier
- "Smart Swap" makes swapping cards at the start of each round easier
- "Smart TAC" automatically restores the game to how it was before
- Change language between german and english with the press of a button

I tried scripting everything that seemed possible and logical to me. This is my first try at Tabletop Scripting and Lua in general. If you got any suggestions, feel free to tell me.
