Thankful L4D2 Survivors

Description
Ellis and his friends are a lot more thankful now after getting healed by teammates!

Some of you may wonder, why did I make this addon?

If you've noticed, the L4D1 Survivors actually respond with "Thank you" after being healed by a teammate, and the healer responds with a "you're welcome". I simply applied the same thing to the L4D2 Survivors as well!

Since this is a script, this will only work if you're playing a Single Player game or if you're hosting a local server.

For the people wondering about the Leon Voice Pack, Part 2 is already done

i meant like make the l4d1 survivors not say thank you after a heal that's what i meant if you didn't understand me.

L4D1 survivors already do that by default, but not Coach and his team

Only issue i saw was that the thanks sometimes cuts their "ahh" line
