Colliery Main Buildings (Decorative)

Main buildings for a large coal mining complex.

There are six buildings included in total - main building 1/2, control centre, medical centre, lamp house, and bath house. Use them on their own, or combine them together for larger buildings.

They are decorative buildings which have no in-game function, and no props or lot detailing.

If you are looking for functional buildings, there is a functional industry area main building and a maintenance building (sharing the same models/textures) included in my pack of Industries buildings. There is also a functional version of the medical centre.

There is a balance between a high level of detail and performance, with reasonable tri counts and a 2k texture set shared between most of the other assets in my colliery collection.

Please use Find It and Move It mods to easily find, place, and adjust the buildings ingame.

Loading Screen Mod is a requirement to benefit from the shared textures.
Otherwise, the same textures will be loaded into memory multiple times, wasting ur RAMs.

All buildings share the same 2048x2048 textures and have custom 128x128 LODs.
