Dinogenics with Controlled Chaos

I took the original mod -> https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1618229278&searchtext=dinogenics

And added Controlled Chaos.

Scripting is preserved and I've added scripting for:
- New Dinosaurs Rep and VPs
- Specialists set up and new season changes
- Auto replace Large Facilities
- Dreadnoughtus scores rep for the current season
- Other general stuff.

Enjoy!

Note I have not got the talents to create 3d models for the new dinos, so standees will have to do.

Bug fixes:
- Blue player pieces were not going to the new location for the park board location.

Quality of Life:
- Added 5 double sided Mutant/Corrupted T-Rex Cards
- Added a Dinosaur Reference
