Vassals Limit Overhaul

Description
This modification adds variety to the vassal limit.

Every 5 points of diplomacy skill add 1 vassal to limit.

First level of Crown and Tribal Authority laws now add 20 vassals to limit, and reduces it by 10 for each next level (+20/+10/+0/-10), like centralization in CK2.

Trait Augustus now add 20 vassals to limit.

Can we get a game rule so I can choose harsh?
I need it to be lowered drastically, as the whole Roman Empire fits in under 30 vassals easily if you make king tier vassals. I need the limit to hamper me(Overextention)

@NotFox, vassal limit from the title is the base value. Modifiers from crown authority and diplomacy are added to it. For example, a Duke with Absolute authority and 15 diplomacy skill will have 13 vassal limit (20 from title level + (-10) from crown authority law + 3 from diplomacy).

Does this affect the number of vassals you get for being a duke/king/emperor?
