Steyr Scout Overhaul

I shouldn't have to say this, but...
PLEASE READ THE 'REQUIRED ITEMS' SECTION OF THIS PAGE.
It's located on the righthand side of the screen, and has been for years.
You must subscribe to all of the items in this list if you want the textures to work correctly.

Time for the semi-yearly overhaul.

Huge, HUGE thanks to Crash for letting me use their model and texture, with very minor modifications to keep things consistent with the rest of the overhauls. This is the first overhaul to not even use a Valve model at all (primarily because Valve did not release a scout for CS:GO), but I simply couldn't make Valve's model look good without basically making a new weapon model entirely.

Features are fairly standard by now, but here are the highlights for this submission:
No more left-handed inversion issues. Valve's model was modeled left-handed, and the Last Stand's fix simply inverted the model rather than actually modifying the model due to the fact that the CS:S guns were a very last minute decision.
New reloading style, compared to Valve's. I prefer this stylistically, even if it is a bit nonsensical to have your spare magazine magically be refilled every time you go to grab it.
Weapon motion overall has a slightly more weighty feel than I usually go with. Hopefully it's to your liking.
Custom draw animation that actually makes use of the selector switch, which I've modified a bit from Crash's.
Finally put an end to that annoying bug that plagued my overhauls since 2016, where shoving after reloading caused the most recent sound event to play after the shove finishes. Trust me when I say it was not the most intuitive thing to fix.

Sorry about the preview image being pretty garbage on the previous overhaul, I couldn't find my original preview image and did not feel like making a new one. For a series all about consistency, that was a pretty dumb decision. Resolved. I didn't know you could change the main preview image through the workshop manager.

the quick reload anim looks like as if tf2's sniper rifle animations were ported over to l4d2 lol

Personally, not a fan of the reload animation, but I still really like this weapon model and the rest of the animations

I just missed your last paragraph, please don't mind. It looks cooler than the original version, though I more like the old animation. Thanks for making this nice mod.

Because I updated it in December without fixing the video (the same goes for all of my overhaul mods). I really should go back and re-record the demo videos, just haven't gotten around to doing it.
