Description
This mod was made mostly for one user who requested it, but anyone else is obviously welcome use it as well. It is the same as V5 but with factory workers reduced to 10,20,40,60 and building construction times reset to default.

I believe the default workers is 10,20,30,40 so this mod does still increase them, just not as much as my other mod. The stat for the workers is in the buildings database file, fourth row down is the factory, all the way at the far left you'll see the line end with "10000,10;20;30;40,6," it's the 10;20;30;40 that you adjust for worker capacities at each upgrade level of the factory. The other numbers are just variables for other stats. Anything separated with a ',' are different stats, anything separated with a ';' are variables of the same stat, in this case for different stages of the stat.

What does this mod do specifically? and will it work with other mods i.e. F1 2020/FIA 2020? thanks
