Готель потребує занадто мало ресурсів для побудови. Схоже на чітерство :(

I have a problem: tourists will not enter it, it only works as a bar for citizens.

But does it remain in bar for our population of Comrades?
Or if you prefer, my question is: are there several modes depending on the function, or do you have to adapt to the fact that the Salyut Bar becomes a hotel?
I want to have this magnificent building as a hotel, but also as a bar (for my population), or as a restaurant for tourists. it's been 3 versions, right?
I ask this question because I love this building.

I was proud to place it in a tourist area. Of course, tourists were going to come there !!!
Hey no, they don't fit in this wonderful bar. They prefer another rotten bar, a real tourist trap .
Tourists have no taste, it is well known. :steammocking:
Please, is it possible to make a version of this bar for tourists?
