[V1.1.2] Was watching a bunch of Conan vids on youtube and I came up with this.

Adds a custom ruler "Arnulf Schwarzburg" for the County of Graz (867 start) inside the Kingdom of East Francia.

@Sweets you can use this tutorial that will show you how to easily replace an existing character DNA with this one in your save so you don't have to worry about the 867 start anymore https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZDYTOExNJNc
