Description

The Roman Empire is truly a subject that needs no introduction: the mark this enormous polity left on western, and world, history is almost impossible to overstate - stretching from Britain to Babylon, no European society before or since has quite lived up to the legacy the Romans have earned in western consciousness. Trajan, one of its greatest emperors, ruled Rome at the tail end of the first century - a time marked by a succession of extremely competent rulers known as the 'five good emperors'. Trajan is perhaps best known for his extensive military campaigns, bringing the Roman polity to its greatest ever extent and capturing the rich lands of Mesopotamia, the strategic highlands of Armenia, and even the dark wilds of Dacia, beyond the Danube. No mere warlord however, Trajan also embarked on major building projects in Rome, giving us many famous landmarks such as the column which famously bares his name. Trajan died of a stroke in 117 AD, and was subsequently named Optimus Princeps (Best ruler) and was even deified.

UA: All Roads Lead to Rome
Founding or conquering a new city rushes production in the capital, increasing for each city you own. +1xp to newly trained units for every building in the Capital.

UB: Victory Column (Monument)
The Victory Column is more expensive than the Monument it replaces, but is cheaper to construct for every other Victory Column in existence. Yields +1 happiness, or +2 while at war.

UU: Singulares (Horseman)
If disbanded in the capital, the Singulares and any stacked civilians are respawned in the furthest city. When near a barbarian encampment, the singulares receive a bonus movement point and +15% combat strength.

Leaderscreen still completely gray when talking to them as of Jan 2022. Any chance for a fix? Or a link to the updated version (if one was already made)?

Played once with this mod enabled and could see no difference from the regular game: random map, same civs, same gameplay. What's the point?
