Adds the Lanna Kingdom under Mangrai in the north of modern day Thailand into the game as a playable civilisation. Representing Siam for the Civ V 10th Anniversary modpack

UA: Alliance of a Million Fields
Conquering cities of your Religion increases city states' resting point by 4 (max 20). +1 Local Happiness in conquered cities for every religious building.

UU: Pu Cao Cannon (Cannon)
* Unlocked at Gunpowder and more expensive.
* Gain +10% Combat Strength against cities for every city-state ally and Declaration of Friendship Lanna had when it was produced. (carries over when upgraded)

UB: Chedi (Temple):
* +2 Faith, +3 if on a hill. No Maintenance Cost.
* Has a Great Art/Artefact slot.
* Your first Chedi comes prebuilt with the Emerald Buddha Great Work of Art.
> The city with the Emerald Buddha provides +10% Food and +2 Local Happiness
