Description
Adds two new types of battery:

- Supercapacitor: 10x input and output, 1/10th the storage
- Lithium-Ion Polymer Battery: 1/10th input and output, 10x power storage.

They use the default battery model.

thank you for making this mod. iI now use it on all of my inventions. I dont want an OP battery mod. the low output higher endurance batteries make me feel a lot better about my power needs, the tradeoff is worth it.
