Description

Flamewrought was a Gloriana Class Battleship and Vulkan's Flagship during the Great Crusade. Its fate following the Dropsite Massacre is unknown, however. In M41, a Battle Barge was named in honour of the primarchs vessel.

This ship is made 100% of Trinium, but the internals can be easly switched for other materials.
There are lots of frameworks inside for the ease of customization.
Stats and price are contained on 2 last screenshots.

To my knowlage there are no "canon" depictions of Flamewrought in Warhammer 40K media, so my take on this ship was mostly original, though
I took many inspirations from the Vengeful Spirit from Battlefleet Gothic: Armada II.

Be sure to check out my other Gloriana-class, Macragge's Honour

I am aware that my take on Flamewrought looks like most Chaos ships, and while Salamanders were a loyal legion,
during my resarch on the topic of Gloriana-class, I found out there were 2 basic patterns of this class: Scylla Pattern and Circe pattern- the former represented by Macragge's Honor and Iron Blood and the latter one by Vengeful Spirit. I belive that there were rougly the same number of both patters build and that it was destributed evenly between loyal and traitor legions. I figured that Salamanders would use more "bulky and massive" pattern rather than the more "elegant" one that suits for example Ultramarines.

1st the turrets you are using must be the proper size, so 0.5 for PD, 4 for broadside and 8 for main turrets.
2nd the turrets must be made of proper material (trinium or lower)
Optionally, change your attachment mode to "middle", it's easier to place the turrets that way, though you can try to place them normally without it.
Note: all turrets are placed horizontally, either normally or upside down on the bottom of the hull.
See the screenshots for help

any suggestions on attaching turrets to the mounts, i saw the earlier answer saying to use quote "the middle block attachment" but its not helping so far with any turrets even the PD turret slots dont want to place no matter where i place them.

Would love to see this ship in the other Legions loyal colors and symbols.

Outstanding! You had to put a lot of work into it, it looks amazing, lots of details - I like it a lot!

every turret block on this ship can have a turret on it (you can attach the turrets easier if you use middle block attachment)

Any tips on attaching cannons to the cannon ports? Or an easier way to remove the broadside's nonfunctional cannons for real ones?
