DarkRP Fine Baton - Issue Fines!

Description
A baton which gives the target you hit a menu of two options:
1) Pay fine
or
2) Go to jail.

Left click: Charge the target.
Reload: Shout intimidatingly at the law violator.

Requires obviously DarkRP to work.

"Go to Jail" is bugged
Pressing it will make your screen go black, and there will be water sounds coming from your corpse.
You have to be unarrested, killed, or something to escape

Such a simple yet game(mode) changing mod that is sorely needed thank you.
