Better Hydrogen, Oxygen and Power management on Character.

By that, It means;
- Hydrogen consumption is slower and stored capacity is abit higher
- Oxygen has just abit more capacity.
- Power drain is at about 1/10

As of now (stats may still change);
-H² capacity 175, Consumption rate per G 430
-O² capacity 150, Consumption rate 0.43, at extreme temp 1.50

I had an issue with fuel not refuelling fast enough, due to some unknown SE problem, so i was hitting ZERO before it had refueled, which caused a couple deaths while on planets. And no one had made a char edit mod in a while...

Just so i figure the right Settings... This mod is mainly for my own enjoyment,
so feel free to edit and repost (with a new image and name)
