Dock Rope Anchors - tie your boats off!

Description
Adds rope anchors in the dock capstans at *most* of the docks in Stormworks. You can now tie your boats to these anchors using rope.

Also adds rope lockers with 6 lengths of rope in them so you don't have to drop $500 a pop on 60 feet of nylon rope.

Can you add these to the industrial frontier because there is no anchor on the dock.
