Also, I'm not sure this mod works with Marius 2.0:- I'm intending on having another look at it soon and seeing if it does!
I'm currently waiting for the 2.0 Marius update to release before having another look at the mod. The new update will make sweeping changes to annexation, including blanket province control if the regional capital is taken (and the provincial forts therein).
But if you're having issues on demanding provinces, do you have a Superiority War/Enforce Access War on the go when you encounter these problems? If so, then the costs remain as high as before.
