How to activate it:

Step 1: Spawn the vehicle by pressing Q > Vehicles > TDMcars > BMW Isetta
Step 2: Hold C > Skins > Skin 5
Step 3: Have fun!

maybe another rusty skin if you have the time? but could you do major rust like it abondonded for 30 years?
