40k 9th Ed. WTC Table 3 for missions 11-21-31

Description
Table designed to facilitate a game of 40k on the table layout #3 for missions 11-21-31 from the WTC 2021 TerrainProposal 8.20 (see http://worldteamchampionship.com/wtc-rules/).
This is a custom mix of all the good ideas from BCB 40k Map Base and the Warhammer 40k Table Template workshops, as well as a few personnal creations, designed to facilitate 40k games under TTS during those troubled COVID19 times.
