The Dragon Dropship is a second generation military dropship used to transport troops and vehicles down to the surface of a planet. The Dragon comes equipped with four rocket launchers and two mini guns as well as a pair of turrets on each side of the craft which it can use to both attack and defend against military targets. The Dragon was first put into service on July 21st 2724 and was used to defend troops against the rebel faction on the planet Oasis E. The Dropship can also carry a Greyhound Utility Rover which is armed with its own turret (and is also suitable for doing Warthog Runs).

The Dragon Dropship can operate both in space and in atmosphere and can fly in planets with a gravity rating of up to 1.0g. To leave the atmosphere of a 1.0g planet accelerate directly upwards (using space bar), then once you reach 100m/s activate the hydrogen engines and point the nose of the ship upwards towards space so that you can leave the atmosphere.
