Changes the healthbar icons of the L4D2 survivors to colored versions that represent their subtitle colors.

All icons were made by me in Photoshop using concept art of them retrieved from the Valve Archive [valvearchive.com] and using a template border and background from a very helpful Steam Community Guide called How to Create VGUI for Custom Survivors
