Each costume is a bodygroup so you dont have to deal with bone merging.

For Playermodels, the colour of the body is based on your player colour in the playermodel selector menu.
Also for Playermodels, the decal colour is based on your weapon colour in the playermodel selector menu (the one that changes the physgun colour).

For NPCs and Ragdolls, you can use the included "Fall Guy ragdoll colour" tool to colour the body and decal.
