Extremely common Avali

A simple mod that makes the spawn chance of Avali go from 'random' to 'common' on Snow, Tundra and arctic planets.

I made this mod after Frackin' Universe did a merger of Frackin' Races, the spawn of Avali has become rather extremely rare. Planet after planet it is always endless amounts of Apex. This mod helps to fix with that.

Do note that this mod makes them very common to the point you will see a lot of buried chests or graves (Whatever you want to call them) with a lot of tents. You are very likely going to encounter Avali on cold worlds. This mod only affects the vanilla planets. It should work on games without frackin'. I have not tested that yet.
