No more mic spams on your server!

How this addon works

People don't have to tell their life story or put on musics while playing. So, the idea of the addon is to create a time limit to speak uninterruptedly in voice chat.

After unloading a bar that resembles a battery, the person needs to wait for it to recover a bit before returning to say what he needs.

Commands

voicecharger_disabled_ranks - Disabled ranks separed by comma
voicecharger_hot_color - Should render as hot colors.
voicecharger_drain - Value to drain off in voice charger.
voicecharger_regen - Value to regen on voice charger.

it feels like i lack breath to talk and run short of air to even mutter words outta the microphone VOIP codec only having to wait to gain more air to talk if you have a long and winded explamation to give, imagine having severs make you have 'severe digital asthma' kek lmao.
