Builders trained in cities with an Encampment receive -2 charges, while military units and Spies trained in cities with an Encampment start with a free promotion. Gain the Honed Shooter unique unit with Political Philosophy. Unique Unit: Honed Shooter Chinese unique Classical Era unit when Zheng, King of Qin is their leader. Must be trained in cities with an Encampment. Can move after attacking, and +1 additional attack per turn. Absorbs 2 Combat Strength from each adjacent friendly pre-Renaissance melee and anti-cavalry unit. Agenda: Tiger's Gaze Will try to conquer as many city-states as possible. Likes civilizations that attacks city-states, provided they are not his neighbors. Dislikes Suzerains of Cultural or Religious city-states.
