Description
If a player's governor is neutralized, he will automatically return to his original city.

However, you will not be able to revert to the original city if you load the save data after the governor has been neutralized.

This mod places the governor at the start of the turn.
It will probably not be affected by the update.
However, I will check just in case.

"Idle Governors now must be addressed (assigned to a city or by closing the screen) before advancing to the next turn."

It seems like the new April Update actually adresses this, so this mod is no longer necessary and possibly even broken by the update (haven't tested that yet)

Ah okay, but if I assign it manually again, and then he gets neutralized again, would he automatically go back then?

This mod does not save anything to the save data.
No one knows if the Viceroy was neutralized before the save. We don't even know what city the Governor was in.
This means that you can't go back to it automatically.

> that's a pretty huge thing, so if my governor gets neutralized, then returned - it means if I save and then load back, the governor will not be able to be in the city at all?

I made a mistake in setting the compatibility version. Sorry, please re-enable the mods.
