One of a collection of numerous Level2 residential homes that will create a modestly nice residential area. I have tried to make lots of variety between houses in this series so that you don't see obvious repeats of houses in your subdivision.

This house is Level 2, 2x3, with 4 colour variations.

The model is from Dudemeister's workshop (his excellent "MidCentury Middle Class Ranch Home" model). I have just resized the lot and done minor redecoration using only stock/vanilla props, then edited the level up to L2.
