World Cleaner [Tweak]

Description
This is a reupload of Cline's original "World Cleaner" mod intended for use on my private server. I thought the original was brillant and very useful, however I wanted a bit more customization. All code was written by Cline and all credit should go to him. All I have done is shortened the time it takes for items to be cleaned, wrote a clearer in game description of the settings, added Birchnuts and Logs, removed flint and marble as I did not want them removed from the world, and tampered with which items I thought should be "Fast Perish" and "Long Perish." If you stumble across this mod and like it, make sure to stop by Cline's original post and show your support. https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2036585715

Removes unwanted junk left on the ground!

Items have two classifications: 'Fast Perish' and 'Long Perish'

Long Perish Items are only affected by the 'Clean Time' Setting. Fast Perish Item's Clean Time is customized seperately.

Fast Perish Items Include: Rot, Rotten Eggs, Spoiled Fish, Spoiled Fish Morsels, Manure, Guano, Stingers, Pine Cones, Birchnuts, and Twiggy Tree Cones

Long Perish Items Include: Hound's Teeth, Bone Shards, Silk, Spider Glands, Nitre, Charcoal, Twigs, Logs, Grass, Jet, Crimson, Azure, and Saffron Feathers

@★♥.°Rocío°.♥★ I personally removed flint from the cleaning algorithm because I play with world settings that reduce the number of boulders and natural flint spawned in the world. So I don't find flint as bothersome as other items on the list. Therefore, I am hesitant to add it back into the cleaning protocols.

I am happy with what this mod currently offers, but I initially had a lot more planned for it. I have recently discovered someone implemented most of the features I was going to add into their own version of this mod. I recommend you switch to their version as I think it will suit your needs much better. :sothappy:

Can you please add Flint to the Long perish items?, i think is one of the most invasive items on the game and i have a lot of spam of it on my world. :DSTsmallbird:

Thank you so much for the clarification!

@LanceL Just checked and everything is still working. The reason the rot didn't disappear during your testing is because the mod uses a timer to determine when something should despawn. The timer is independent from the in game clock. Therefore, skipping days via console command doesn't effect it. If you'd like to see the despawn in action I recommend changing the mods settings to 'Cleaning Time: 5 Days' and 'Fast Perishing Items: 75% Faster', toss your rot on the ground and it should disappear after exactly 10 mins.

Is there a way to debug test if it is working?
Currently, I'm trying to use console to forward days while having rot "spoiled_food" on the floor.
Rot doesnt seem to go away

@Cline, I left this comment on your profile page, but I'll also leave it here in case you don't see that one.

I just wanted to reach out after I saw your comment and confirm you aren’t upset. I tried to give you all the credit I could, but I wouldn’t mind taking the mod down if you don’t approve. The sole reason I made the tweak was to increase the frequency of cleaning. Having a lot of junk items on the ground really messes with my OCD and a 50 day minimum seemed a little long. I figured if I wanted that change someone else might as well. The rest of the changes were made to optimize my play experience on my private server. With your permission I do plan on eventually going back and adding tree stump removal and the ability to fully customize Long/Fast Perish Items. Either way thank you for creating such a useful mod. :cozybethesda:
