Description
Prevents A.I. Players from constructing more Archaeologists if they already have 10. Requested by YSJm1nto, fulfilled by me because I didn't know of any similar mod (altho I assume CP does this). Not compatible with Empires Ascendant as it'll be rolled into the next version, this is for anyone else. (Such as presumeably YSJm1nto.)

What is the reason of spammiing anything? AI players will spam archaeologists or ships in different situations, still cannot figure why, they even will buy or construct numerous ships even if there's no one (but city-states) to conquer on the sea
