DEI submod NO Imperium level required reform changes (Grand Campaign)

Description
With this mod the reforms will activate only by turns, no Imperium level required.

The number of turns are the same for player and AI.

Roman (50) (130) (240)
Carthaginian (140)
Greek (60) (140)
Celtic (110)
Iberian (117)
German (115)
Parthian (130)

It is save compatible, but it must activated before the first reform.

Feel free to suggest better changes.

Thanks to dresden and DEI team.
This mod changes the required turns and imperium level of reforms, for player and Ai.
Only for Grand Campaign

This mod must load before DEI mods

I am always loading the three dei parts in the end. So the answer is above. You can see in the launcher, in mod manager section, a number is left to the mod. This is the load order, so the order should be like that:
1. NO imperium level
2. Dei
3. Dei
4. Dei
That's why I am writing before dei

Please advice, I'm at level 91 but I still can't recruit the legionaires (playing as Galatia). This submod doesn't seem to work?

My technology list asks me to reach an imperium level.....is this a default thing or does it means, it isn't working ?

Does not work when you want to complete military tech with the one turn reform tech wich i find silly from DEI side.
