Keep items until you die, through runs.

Shops still won't let you buy items you already own, i tried to fix that but it's awkward and I didn't want to spend too long on this. Shouldn't be much of an issue.

also, i'm not too sure what the arena will do. don't be surprised if it clears items.

Doesn't work in arenas
