2512 Monument Avenue is one of a pair of apartment buildings, built in 1916, located on historic Monument Avenue in Richmond Virginia. This particular one is a contributing property to the Monument Avenue Historic District and was added to the National Registry of Historic Places in 1970.

Perfect for small west coast port cities many of which were in their prime around this time period. currently many of them are becoming gentrified so this will work perfectly. To good to pass up.
