Description
Animated & Glowing textures inspired by pharmacy signs, the name was also inspired by this.

Things added/changed:
1. Neon like animated glow in the dark textures inside the red cross
2. Glow in the dark red "First Aid" text

cl_viewmodelfov 90 was used in the screenshots
