Prop Hunt - ParkingLot Dink's Edition (ph_parkinglot_dink)

Updates:
- Blocked props from being able to go under cars
- Blocked props from being able to hide in mesh of mattress
- Attempted to fix player ability to go past the jail bars
- Removed muffler prop
- Removed phone prop
- Added textures
